How do we measure the time we have spent in high school? In the beginning, we measured it in class periods, counting down the day to eventual freedom. As the days and weeks passed, we measured it in semesters, and later in years as we moved from being clueless first year students to becoming final year students who had learned many valuable lessons from their peers and teachers and thought they had it all figured out.I am text block.
Graduation Day is always full of opposites: cheers and solemnity, memories and dreams, childhood and adulthood, goodbyes and hellos. Students who wonder and look forward to the next milestone of their lives after graduating
On 25th November, Chempaka AOG held its annual commencement day for Batch 714 and 115 that consisted of nearly 80 students from 7 homeschool centres at Summit Hotel Ballroom, Subang USJ.
The night began with the graduates, parents, teachers, and relatives gathering all together in the capacious and well-designed ballroom that was generously provided by the hotel. The national anthem and pledges were recited and the night continued on with a 9-Course Chinese Dinner.
While everyone was enjoying their meals, students from different centres had prepared various performances to be showcased throughout the night. The Flash Mob that was performed together by the teachers and students was one of the main highlights of the night. The eventful night ended with the graduates receiving their highscool diplomas and along with many memorable pictures being taken.
I, myself as a recent graduate can truly say I am forever thankful and grateful to the school for providing the Eduseeds programme as it has helped me tremendously thoughout the years by making it easier for me to grasp the concept of the topics being taught.
